Shipping

Orders ship within 24-72 hours of placing order within the US only via UPS or USPS delivery services. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday during normal business hours Pacific Time.

Track Your Order

You will receive a confirmation email after you have placed an order on our website. If you haven’t received a confirmation email, contact us at team@wonderfeel.co. Once your item is shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number to view your package shipping progress.

Return Policy

Thanks for your purchase at Wonderfeel.co! If you haven’t made a purchase yet, but just want to check out our policy, we salute you! There’s nothing worse than getting stuck paying for something you don’t like or was damaged before you even got it. That's why we offer refunds within 30 days from when your order was shipped and you won’t have to pay to ship it back. If there is something about our products that aren’t meeting your standards of wellness please let us know. We truly want to hear from you so we can make it better.

Please send us an email at team@wonderfeel.co or call us at 646-801-7606 to let us know the reason for your return. You will be issued a pre-paid shipping label that you can print and send your product back.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect to ensure the integrity of any unused content and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 3 to 7 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

This return policy does not apply to products purchased through a retail store or online website other than www.Wonderfeel.co.

Instructions

• Return product(s) in their original packaging. If you do not have the original packaging, please ensure product(s) are packed securely to prevent damage in shipping.

• Attach your pre-paid return label making sure to remove or cover any previous shipping labels.
